Put on 09/17/24 in fruiting (growth) and it is 09/29/24 only 12 days later and the mushrooms are 4 to 5 cm but are still not yet harvestable (because the hats are not open). But it is fascinating the speed of fruiting. The conditions are that I put a paper clip + staple to close the bag (my room is not sterile that is why I do this technique to maximize the sealing and the fruiting room and at T = 22C +/- 1.5C minimum = 21C (common) and max = 24.5C (rarely) In short to start it is incredible because other type of culture (syringe or spore being complex and especially capricious of sterile room)
